“Business is about people, community, and making a positive impact.”
That long-standing philosophy from Founder Doug Leupen has shaped Entrinsik’s approach to giving back throughout 2025. And this year, it showed up in a big way.
Replacing Giveaways With Givebacks
Rather than handing out traditional conference swag, Entrinsik redesigned the tradeshow experience around community benefit. At every major event, including Accelerate, NS3, NCIIPS, EDUCAUSE, and others, Entrinsik donated 50 meals to Feeding America for every badge scan or business card collected.
The commitment didn’t stop at the booth.
For every follow-up meeting booked, 100 extra meals were contributed. Entrinsik also donated 50 meals for every Entrinsicon registration (7,000 meals) and sponsored Fright Nights, benefiting a local food bank and adding another 2,500 meals to the total.
Together, these efforts resulted in 28,500 meals donated in 2025 to families across the United States.
Sales Director Andrea Fichtel shared how both internal teams and customers embraced the shift:
“Instead of doing giveaways at conventions, we’ve started giving meals to our local community, and it’s been incredible to see the impact. I love being part of a company that’s always thinking about how we can make a real difference for our neighbors. Our customers have embraced the change, too, which makes it even more meaningful.”
Volunteering Together for Local Impact

Employees from every department—executives, developers, sales, marketing, and customer success—also gave their time at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina.
Mary-Benton Gordon, Director of Enrole Customer Success, noted how meaningful it’s been to shift resources toward service:
“I am so glad that Entrinsik is shifting event giveaways (conference swag) to community givebacks. It makes sense to redirect those resources toward donating meals through Feeding America and volunteering at the North Carolina Food Bank.”
This hands-on support, along with the organization’s meal donations, reflects Entrinsik’s commitment to connecting data, people, and purpose.
A Culture of Giving That Continues to Grow
What began as a new approach to tradeshow engagement has evolved into a shared company mindset. Employees have rallied around the initiative, and customers have reinforced the impact by supporting the program throughout the year.
As the holidays approach, Entrinsik teams are coordinating a Toys for Tots drive—another way to support families in the community.
And as the 2026 tradeshow cycle begins, Entrinsik will continue its “givebacks” model to deepen the company’s commitment to service.
