If you received your Informer software from a third party application vendor, please refer to their specific support policies.

At Entrinsik we pride ourselves on outstanding support for all our Informer customers, and provide several outlets for you to find the answer to your question.

For general support questions, we ask that you first visit our Entrinsik support website at http://support.entrinsik.com. There you will find a frequently updated list of known issues, video tutorials, a comprehensive user guide, HOW-TO’s, and other reference materials you might find useful. We constantly update our support site so check back often for updates and new features.
