Facilities Management Web
Identify conflicting facility schedules and available rooms quickly with the use of the visual, web-based facilities management report provided with SEMtek. This interactive report allows you to search for available space across multiple facilities and date ranges, breaking the data into varying time intervals and ranges. The color-coded chart reveals allocated and available space along with any facility conflicts that may exist.

  • View data for one or more facilities

  • Break time into 10, 15, 30 or 60 minute intervals

  • Limit data to the time range needed

Informer Web Reporting
Gain the key strategic and tactical management information to enable timely decision making using Semtek's integrated Informer Web Reporting Software (see Informer Reporting). Informer provides a series of standard reports including event profitability, course attendance, cancellation analysis and registration tracking. Additionally Informer allows users to customize standard reports or easily create their own using Informer Intuitive Web User Interface. With Informer users can also:

  • Export data into PDF, Excel, tab delimited text, XML and E-mail, all with a single click;

  • Schedule reports to run once, daily, weekly, or monthly, and delivered by e-mail or saved to the network

  • Become a live data conduit to Excel and Excel Pivot Tables providing a Business Intelligence (OLAP) user interactivity.
