Entrinsik Announces SEMtek 6.1 Release

Mar 1, 2006 - Entrinsik announced today the general availability release of its newest version of SEMtek. SEMtek is Entrinsik's offering for training, conference, seminar, and continuing education providers and is considered the most complete and robust product in the industry.

SEMtek version 6.1 has a considerable number of new features, including a web-based facility conflict report, credit card number encryption, catalog builder, fee code activation and expiration dates, and interest code tracking, in addition to several performance and general usability enhancements. SEMtek manages virtually all aspects of planning, delivery, management, marketing, accounting, and fulfillment of learning programs.

Also available with version 6.1 is an optional shopping cart interface, providing a course catalog to the web along with real- time online order creation. A few of the shopping cart's features include a hierarchical course category structure, ability to link resources (documents, web sites, or other content) to SEMtek objects, user created overview pages per category, event search by keyword and/or date, and configurable top courses/categories sections via user-defined popularity rankings.
