Java Developer / Technical Support Professional

• Provide customer support via phone and Web meetings;
• Conduct on-site training;
• Assist product development team with testing and programming;
• Assist VAR customers in tailoring the product to fit their environment

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field;
• The ideal candidate will have experience with some or all of the following: Java, J2EE, SQL, AJAX, JSP/Servlet, Web Services, GWT, Eclipse;
• 2 years of applicable work experience is desired; Internships, Co-Ops, Part-time or contract work are acceptable;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing within IT and with end users.
